CRS99 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Entertainment & Betting Platform

To use the platform CRS99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions both before and during the usage period. Meeting these requirements is entirely the user's responsibility, and CRS99 reserves the right to conduct checks at any time.

By registering a CRS99 account, you also confirm that you are not registering on behalf of any third party, and that the funds you use for gambling are your own personal money obtained through lawful means – not funds derived from illegal activities, unauthorised loans, or any illegitimate source.

CRS99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no foreign currency conversion is permitted on the platform. • CRS99 is not liable for any financial decisions made by users based on information obtained from the platform.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds or inaccurate winnings, CRS99 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and transactions and restore all balances to their correct position.
• Any statistical information, sports analysis, or game guides provided on CRS99 are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of winnings.

CRS99's maximum liability to any user for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise provided under applicable Malaysian law.

CRS99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon the updated document being published on the CRS99 website.
